The purpose of the society is:

• to promote and facilitate the study of all aspects of underwater and hyperbaric medicine;
• to provide information on underwater and hyperbaric medicine;
• to promote communication between members and to publish a journal;
• to convene members annually at a scientific conference and to hold meetings and other activities to inform, and develop fellowship and friendship amongst members.

If you would like to become a member of SPUMS, click below to sign up to gain access today, please select the Full Member Diving Doctor if you wish to be included in our Diving Doctors List.

You will then be taken to Stripe our payment gateway once you have completed our signup form to pay your membership fee, once paid this will automatically renew via our secure payment gateway Stripe unless canceled by you, and you can cancel at any time. We do not store any payment information and this makes renewing your membership easy and continuous. We will notify you when your subscription is about to renew.
