SPUMS ASM full registration fee includes shared costs of the conference venue plus, per person cost of daily transport to the conference venue with afternoon teas, the welcome drinks Sunday 16 May, and Gala Dinner Friday 21 May 2027. The registration fees also cover the convenors and keynote speakers’ attendance expenses.
Please note that accommodation and diving at the Resort are separate costs and need to be arranged via the Diveplanit booking page. You will be directed to this page once you have registered for the conference.
Travel can be booked independently but also with assistance from Diveplanit. Rooms are being held by Diveplanit at the Belmont Hotel, Manila for the transit night on the way over. A transit night is required for most flight itineraries from Australia.
- Full delegate registrants, who are not SPUMS members will be charged an additional $370 (equivalent to cost of membership 2027) for the registration fee, which is equivalent to the cost of SPUMS annual membership. Explanation of the cost of the conference.
There are additional costs as the conference facility is off site at a sister resort, SeaBreeze, incurring transfer expenses and additional staff expenses. SeaBreeze is 1.5 km from the conference accommodation and is only safely accessible via road transport (conference buses and shuttle).
The social events are reflective of the resorts’ 5-star rating and a highly regarded professional chef. Please see below a link to menus (evening buffet, welcome drinks canapes, and gala dinner) for your perusal.
Atmosphere Menus for the ASM
Additional dive providers and staff have been contracted to manage the number of divers attending the ASM, so the SPUMS/Diveplanit advertised price may be more than an off-the-shelf price you may be able to purchase at another time.

- Atmosphere Resort and Spa - FULL
SPUMS/Diveplanit have sole occupancy of the Atmosphere Resort so you will not be able to book accommodation or diving independently at the conference resort during the conference dates. Accommodation will include a full meal package (buffet and A-la carte options available).
Atmosphere Resort has 40 rooms and can accommodate 100 guests in shared accommodation. We have secured the resort next door for overflow accommodation, the Salum Resort, which can be accessed via the road or the beach.
As always, you are welcome to book independently and attend the ASM, but you will not be able to dive with the SPUMS group nor stay at the SPUMS allocated accommodation options.
- Salum Resort – FULL
Salum Resort resides directly next door to Atmosphere Resort and can access Atmosphere’s facilities, including meals and social events via a short beach walk. Salum Resort features boutique accommodation, an infinity pool, restaurant and bar. Accommodation packages at Salum include access, diving and all meals at Atmosphere Resort.
- Sea Dreams Resort – LAST CHANCE for ASM accommodation
Twenty rooms at Sea Dreams Resort have been made available. Sea Dreams Resort boasts spacious buildings facing a central courtyard and pool. The conference facility is at Sea Dreams Resort. It is 1km road travel from Atmosphere and Salum Resorts.
Delegates staying at Sea Dreams will have a local meal and dive package at the resort restaurant and Dive Centre. Conference Registration includes the ASM Welcome Drinks and Gala Dinner with an optional mid-week Cultural Dinner at Atmosphere Resort.
